A percentage of the budget for public art for the building was actually incorporated into a series of precast concrete panels, randomly installed by the MC.

Well, I'm not convinced it's a better way, but it certainly seems to be the most "economical" way. Open Studio Toronto seem to be doing it on the cheap. My constant remarks and questions about why the instructor is doing a demo a certain way, and why not this other way which makes more artistic sense are not going down well.
anyway, its like we are actual students, have to do what we're told, my silent reaction to the realization that we are not allowed to do spit bite was noted!!!

let me tell you, it's hard to navigate in Toronto_ especially considering shop units/cafes/ offices tend not to supersede the ghosts of units gone by. for instance_ a bar called the communists daughter may EASILY be mistaken for a snack bar_
